Batman or Spiderman
I liked both their 90's cartoon shows, though I think the Batman show stood the test of time better. I liked the first two spider man movies, the first and third Batman movies, and the reboots, so I guess Batman wins if we're grading by quantity. They both have good villains, aaand, I like both their stories.
I like them for different reasons, but I don't like one more then the other.
Batman has gotten more media exposure, since he's been around a few decades more then Spiderman. I don't know about love interests, but I'm sure you can find a villain list on Wikipedia and compare them. Actually, I think love interests goes to Batman, based on the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

2.Spider-Man
3.Spider-Man

8. They're both great.
Batman(currently, but we'll see after the Spider-Man reboot)
2.Who has better TV shows
They both have really amazing shows, but I like Spider-Man's a bit better.
3.Who has better villains
I personally like Spider-Man's better, but a lot. Though they both have cool villains.
4.Who has more interesting stories
For me it's Spider-Man, but there are some Batman stories that are more interesting than some Spider-Man stories. But overall Spidey takes it.
5.Who has more villains
I really don't know. I'm going to say they are pretty even though on numbers.
6.Who's had the most love interest.
I'm thinking Batman probably takes this one.
7.Who has conquered the most media
In the past, I would say Batman. But in more recent times, I'm think Spider-Man is closing the gap quickly if he hasn't passed him by already.
8.Who is a better character
They both have their ups and downs, but I personally like Spider-Man better.
Spider-man trumps all because of the Japanese TV show he had.
Honestly, they kind of parallel each other in the majority of those categories listed. Overall, Spider-man takes it in my opinion due to the fact he's more "every-man" than Batman.
Batman has unfathomable wealth which supports his endeavors in every way. Pete's just a down-on-his-luck fellow that happens to have some super powers and uses them to help others out. He doesn't hang and bang with the universes greatest hereos like Batman and doesn't have the same confidence and swagger.
1.Who has has better movies - I've enjoyed the Spider-man movies more... but, the Dark Knight was excellent.
2.Who has better tv shows - Spidey
3.Who has better vllains - Spider-man
4.Who has more interesting stories - Toss up
5.Who has more villians - I'd assume Batman since he has a few decades on Spider-man
6.Who,s had the most love interest. - Billionaire playboy or science geek... yep, definitely Batman
7.Who had more a cultural impact - Batman.... Adam West, baby
8.Whos a better character - Spider-man... he's not as dark.
Hate me if you want but I say Spider-man because he actually has super powers. I don't really like Batman, except for the fact that he gets to live in the same city as the original Green Lantern.
1.Who has has better movies = Batman

1.Who has has better movies - Batman
2.Who has better tv shows - I really like both but I'm going to have to say Batman because of The Animated Series and The New Adventures. (JL/JLU if it counts too)
3.Who has better villains - They both have really cool villains, but Two-Face and Ra's Al Ghul are the deal breakers for me personally.
4.Who has more interesting stories - I sound like a fanboy now but I truly still say Batman. They both have great stories, all these questions are pretty even.
5.Who has more villains - Batman may have a slight majority if we include minor villains, but that's just assuming.
6.Who's had the most love interest - Batman.
7.Who had more a cultural impact - It's close to call but maybe after the reboot, if done correctly Spider-Man could get up there. For now, I'll say Batman.
8.Who's a better character - Personal preference for me is Batman, but I really like Spidey too.
Spider-Man is the better hero, Batman is the better character.
1.Who has has better movies - Batman. Not even close.
2.Who has better tv shows - Once again, Batman.

4.Who has more interesting stories - Batman
5.Who has more villians - Batman
6.Who,s had the most love interest. - Spider-Man
7.Who had more a cultural impact - Batman
8.Whos a better character - Batman
Spidey is my second favourite character in all popular media, but he's simply not as good as Batman, no character is. The only thing that can come close is Neon Genesis Evangelion.
" i'm surprised to see Spiderman beating batman.. "eh, just means the Bat-fans are sticking to the shadows.
1.Who has has better movies - Spider-Man

1.Who has has better movies - Batman

3.Who has better vllains BATMAN
4.Who has more interesting stories BATMAN
5.Who has more villians - Batman i'd say.
6.Who,s had the most love interest. I guess i'd say Batman again.
7.Who had more of a cultural impact, I think its a tie on this one
8.Whos a better character - BATMAN - duh.
1.Who has has better movies
Batman does now.
2.Who has better tv shows
Spider-man had better animated series.
3.Who has better vllains
I will say Spiderman, the Batman has Joker but Spiderman has Osborn. But as you go down the list Spider-man has better mob bosses and super villians than Batman. A lot of them are alike.
4.Who has more interesting stories
This all dependeds but Spider-man is out three times a month so I say Spider-man
5.Who has more villians
That I don't know. I mean as parts of Avengers and Justice League the both got so many new villians. I guess Batman since he's been around longer.
6.Who,s had the most love interest.
Spider-man (he's also been married)
7.Who had more of a cultural impact
Batman because of his cars. But in Japan where I used to live Spider-man was way more popular than Batman.
8.Whos a better character
I think Spiderman is an interesting super hero in general because of his unique power set. Webs, wall crawling, spider sense, are all unique more than just amplified things like super strength super intelligence, super speed etc. But I like Batman in how dark he is and his knack for finding weaknesses in others.
There have been a lot of Batman knock offs, bad ass martial artist with gear, and Batman himself was a bit of a 007 knockoff with out guns. I personally like Spiderman better. But I would have to say that Batman is more of a leadership character than Spiderman who is more of an on the team but not the leader type.
