Basically, Batman and Cap are both completly trapped in a room and forced to kill thier most fearsome villian (i.e. Joker and Red skull respectivly),in order to save innocent lives, they will not be let out of the room untill one of them snaps.

So how cracks first?

Cap has no issues with killing, even more so if the lives of innocent were at risk.

Well, that Bruce did it to make people realize that Chuck Norris isn't actually a god.

Captain America actually has killed and would kill again.

It's not really a difficult question.

Batman didn't kill Darkseid. He partially destroyed his physical shell. Superman was the one who completely obliterated him.

Captain America obviously. The man is an elite soldier so he has obviously killed in the past and he would do so again to protect the country he loves.

As above. I remember Steve 1-hit killing a terrorist by punching him and breaking his neck. He was pissed and seemed determined on the action, nor remorseful of it.

There's a scan floating around of that somewhere I'm sure.

Batman would just to spite the people in this thread for pretending to know what he would do. In fact he kills Captain America first, climbs inside his body and kills the rest of the people innocents included then goes on to be the Cap Man. Blue, Red and White Knight. Caparang to the shins. Chickens go come home to roost.

Cap spent a good chunk of WWII killing Nazis. It's not like those times he got out on the battlefield he and the Invaders just knocked them out and arrested them. No, Cap decapitated some with his shield, Bucky has probably racked up more headshots than Punisher and Bullseye combined, Namor ripped people apart, Human Torch and Toro just incinerated them where they stood... yeah, no. I firmly believe Cap would win in a hand-to-hand fight between the two just because Cap already has a body count.

@ReVamp:

That post was meant to be a joke, but check this:

"The Beast invites Batman to fight him to the death, but instead Batman locks the room, effectively burying the assassin alive.Batman later informed the police that the KGBeast was trapped (presumably waiting long enough for Knyazev to have suffocated)"

The events of Batman/Deadman: Death and Glory by James Robinson/John Estes (1996) take place here and now. I’m not numbering this story, however, because I believe that it has been heavily retconned (or should be). In this lackluster tale, Batman gets possessed by an evil spirit known as The Clown. While under possession of this vile apparition, Batman murders a room full of innocent people. Let me repeat this. Batman stabs to death dozens of people.

And he didn't really kill Darkseid but he still shot him.

The others pics were from the Golden Age Batman, a Batman impersonator and the awful Batman Odyssey.

@Billy Batson: Well it's not Bruce but it's still the Batman of the Flashpoint Universe (Thomas Wayne was really badass!)

Cap would kill first.

He's a soldier and as such would recognize and accept the fact that killing is sometimes necessary before Bats would.
