Yeah, Batman is kind of a dick. Can we chalk that up to him not understanding other people's emotions or being so focused that he doesn't care what they feel?

I am a huge Batman fan and most of my comic books are of Batman, but I gotta say sometimes he can be a dick....I like when Bruce and Hal fights...those are hilarious...

The first batman I ever read was court of owls. When he randomly hit dick (allegedly to get out his tooth, in reality because dick called him on his bs) I was like "who the hell does this guy think he his"

He's supposed to be, but he's a "badass" so it's look at favorably.

Same thing with Vegeta, Wolverine, Sasuke and many other "badass" characters: if you met them in real life you would hate them, but, for some reason, people love them in media.

I don't know if it's just indicative of the sad state of our generation or if this has always been the norm.
