( I would say Gotham, but it already seems like the purge to me, so let's say a generic city.) what would happen? How do you see things playing out. ( honestly they'd probably have a full year prep time, but they get no reinforcements or more than a half hours rest time when Purge day begins)
( they're trying to keep order. I know they probably won't be able to fight fires, they might be able to provide some front lines medical care. They have all morales, and are totally in character)
