Avengers vs Justice League: Who do you like more?

The Avengers are a poor mans Justice League

Justice League, but I rarely read either series; neither are my favorite teams.

I panicked and picked JL :( even though I prefer the Avengers ATM JL is still pretty awesome it's just that Thorne of Atlantis is just a not for me cause I'm not a big Aquaman fan.

No. I always found both teams somewhat dull. I love the Justice League animated series and other media, but neither the JLA nor the Avengers comic books have been able to hold my attention for long.

I always thought the animated series went deeper into the characters(granted they were alot less powerful than their comic-book counterparts).

This so much. I always get bored of them, for me to keep reading a team book I need to like at least 75% of the characters in the book, like Batman inc or The Authority.

Even though I like Hal & Kyle over John and Barry over Wally, I have to go with the JL. I don't care for that roster of Avengers.

Well I meant that I like that they're not as powerful as the JL. It makes the threats that they face seem more believable to me as a threat. I do, however, like the New 52 version of the JL as they all seem to have been powered down just a bit.

@xxxddd I have been getting the JL new 52 title since I got a smart phone and tablet and have been enjoying the title it's just throne of Atlantis is not for me it's good it's just not my kind of thing maybe cause I have only been reading the JL side

Avengers are much cooler.

Where is the I like them both equally but for different reasons option?

Justice League.

Justice League - almost any roster that would contain most of the "main" heroes (though it'd be nice if Plastic Man was included :D). Though Marvel's semi-recent surge of main-stream material (movies, A:EMH, etc) have gotten me more into the Avengers than I had been.

I love both near-equally, but I guess I have to give the vote to Justice League. It's the superhero team I grew up with (The DCAU series, Morrison's run), and in my mind it'll always be the definitive superhero team.

That being said, I still have a lot of love for the Avengers (Avengers movie and EMH for the win!)

Justice League.

Justice League has my favorite hero, Batman. Avengers has overall more heros I like. Went with Avengers.

Justice League. The only person I like from the Avengers is Thor. I think the rest is boring.

Personally, I've always like the Avengers just a tad bit more. They're not as uber powerful (well Hickmans current line-up is pretty beast) as the League and are more like a family, they have their quarrels and disagreements and drama but they still are able to overcome the odds. One thing tho, the Avengers exsist because of the Justice League, as Stan the Man has said so himself.

Why does it HAVE to be the teams you pick, when you purposely removed iconic mainstays like Scarlet Witch, Vision, and Wasp? For what? Wendell Vaughn? Quicksilver? And Namor? Really? I think the he had a short stint on the Avengers in 1971. The last time they encountered him and the majority of the time they do, he is their opponent.

Meanwhile, you choose basically the perfect JLA team to pit them against, the DC Trinity, the objective GL, the humorous Flash, a fan favorite in MM and Aquaman.

Might have well just told us why you don't like the Avengers.

I like the Avengers more the Justice League, but...you dont have a scenarios placed. JL stomps the snot out of the Avengers cuz you didnt give the Avengers anyone good. I assume you want Hawkeye to fight Green Arrow, but even if Hawkeye wins, whats he going to do next? shoot Superman with an arrow?
