Arkham Origins DLC

I downloaded the season pass and i go and see all the skins for batman and when I try to play initiation and cold cold heart I can't find where I start. It suppose to be a skin in the challenges but I can't find the skin it's like it isn't there

Initiation is in the combat challenge maps. Don't know where cold cold heart is, I haven't gotten it yet
