@giantsfan576: Yes, they are good. The artwork is kind of bad (especially in some of the early issues, though it gets better), but they're very enjoyable. Theirs a lot of build up, and while certain issues take a break from the main plot they should mostly be read in order.
They're very good. The only qualms I have are the shoddy artwork (hey, it's a weekly series) and odd characterization of Wonder Woman (it is just an adaption, though).
I've really enjoyed the "energy" of it. That is, you can tell there are very high stakes. This isn't some psychic controlling Superman where everyone is available to stop him - many people are on his side and arguable just as responsible as he is for all of the death & destruction.
The art can be hit or miss on occasion but overall its still good and the story is one of the best Ive read in awhile particularly in terms of pacing and character development. totally worth it
I recently went to the DC website and bought 5 to see how good they were, as the reviews on this site were consistently high...since reading the first five, I've gone back to buy more and more...they're great.
From what I've seen, it's basically "what if DC was written by a ten year old".
The game was really well done in terms of story, the comic... considerably less so.
Superman asked Batman if he loved the Joker. That kind of idiotic crap is reserved for morons in Batman-spite threads, never in a published work.
this....mostly, my biggest problem, is that all the big reveals, are already known, if you played the game.
yea, there are good parts, but almost every hero and villain, is acting out of character without reason. you can make Superman go rogue, without changing his character THAT MUCH... yeah i get it, i get where its going, and the end result (the game) makes complete sense to me, the changes in behavoirs make sense too, but not as quick as they happen in the comic.
It's mediocre.Most of the guys just love the comic book but it is just too mediocre.Most of the characters are acting way out of character and a lot of moments are just too stupid and would never happen if a more consistent writer is writing the book.
What characters are in "Detective Comics?" never heard of that.

Its also the first comic to feature Batman, this particular New52 title, is Batman Stories, with a little bit more of a mystery, seeing Batman solve crimes/ mysteries a little more often than the other Batman titles
Eh, they were okay at start...but lost quality as it went on. The Harley Quinn focused one was kinda meh, and not sure how I feel about this current Injustice 2 comic atm.
Though it was totally cool near the finale when Regular Superman came in to put a stop to Injustice Superman
