Are Street Levellers Underrated In Group Titles/Films?

Just wondering since I've seen many comments that typically dismiss street levellers as "useless" when in a varied group.

Unless they're Captain America or Batman, usually yes.

Or unless they have some sort of support power to tactically help the team.

Depends on the group. Hawkeye is always going to look superfluous standing next to Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America. But he wasn't under-rated at all when Kooky Quartet came around, with Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Captain America standing besides him - they needed more firepower, and that was the first thing he thought of.

Wolverine is usually a glorified street leveller, but he gets more screen times, movies, solo adventures, and series than more powerful members of his group. And is usually shown to be more effective, too.
