Are movie based dc/marvel games bad

Most of the time. I do think the game based on Spider-Man 2 was pretty well recieved though.

The Sega ones have been pretty poor. Also GL was bad, as I understand it.

Otherwise I think they're usually kind of fun in that "I expect this game to suck because it's a tie-in" kind of way.

Superman Returns was fun providing all you did was fly around.

Spider man 2 is held to be one of the best superhero games period.

The Incredible Hulk was okayish.

Spiderman 3 was pretty much 2 with a shiny new engine.

The Amazing spiderman should have been like 2 but was an enjoyable beat 'em up instead.

marvel characters have the best games: spider-man 2, incredible hulk: ultimate destruction, x-men wolverine origins, x-men legends, marvel ultimate alliance, the punisher (every line of dialogue coming out the enemies mouth is pure gold). dc has those arkham games but nothing else.

Oh I forgot Wolverine: Origins. That was awesome.

Had a better script than the film too lol

Still one of the best Hulk stories ever told.

Amazing Spider Man was pretty cool (especially playing as Stan Lee!)
