Are any DB characters ACTUALLY galaxy busters?

I've seen that phrase thrown around a lot when it comes to DB characters, whether it be on Youtube or old Comicvine Forums. However, in canon, the HIGHEST level anyone has ever achieved is planet busting, when Frieza destroyed planet Vegeta. I'm willing to concede that due to actual Toriyamas guide books, and power levels, Goku is a multi-solar system buster AT BEST, since in the guide book it stated gohan was a solar system buster. However, when it comes to feats, or at least power levels, has anyone really ever achieved this? And when I mean Galaxy buster, I mean he actually destroyed a galaxy with a single attack, not the residents of a few planets in one section of the galaxy *I'm looking at you Broly and his fanboys* .

Buu blew up a lot of planets, chances are one of them he blew up was bigger than Earth.

Whis said Beerus destroyed stars before so he's definitely can destroy stars.

Whis and beerus are the only galaxy busters right now.

I think goku is a small galaxy buster, but he would to use super saiyan god super saiyan + kiaoken x20 and kill himself in the explosion.

The only time DB characters actually destroyed a galaxy was in DB Heroes video game, where SSJGSSJ Goku and Vegeta combine their strongest attacks. Otherwise, probably no.

People fail to realize the actual size disparities between a planet and a solar system and solar system and a galaxy. Just because a character easily destroys one planet does not in anyway suggest that character can destroy a solar system much less a galaxy :/
