Any characters capable of manipulating all laws of physics?

Any character capable of manipulating all laws of physics? Their only specialty is manipulating physics like Ambrose Chase, Jenny Quantum, etc... Anyone with similar abilities? (Please no omnipotents, entities, or reality warpers.)

*all* laws of physics, that's a tricky one for anyone below Silver Surfer level of power.
