Ant man abilities

Ive been reading up on ant-man (scott lang) in preparation for the upcoming movie. In the trailer someone says when your small you'll have superhuman strength and be like a bullet. But on the marvel website and this site it says he will still only be as strong as a normal human? And i don't recall any humans being like speeding bullets. ( in the real world )

Both are outdated. Scott cracked the secret of Pym Particles a short while back so that his density increases when he shrinks making him stronger and more durable . In the classic comics, Ant-Man would only retain his normal human strength.
