In April issue #19 will be the last issue from DC UNIVERSE PRESENTS.
Can't say I didn't see it coming but... crap.
Last issue sounds interesting, though.
Sounds like Kamandi is being moved to the 21st century which I think is a good idea. dc universe presents was just saddled with too many unpopular characters like the daughter of Vandal Savage, Blue Devil, etc.
thats messed up.......im sure we'll just get another Batman/Justice League title to replace it.......uggghhh
Where did you see which titles are being cancelled?
Damn, I was just planning on starting to collect this...
That couldn't have been all the titles for April. I didn't see Green Arrow and I know he's not being cancelled because he's getting a new writer.
I only read DC Universe Presents because of Deadman. When he stopped so did I.
Saucer Country cancelled by Vertigo, too :-(
I can't believe they canceled these titles. I didnt read either but i heard I Vampire was superb and did well; Dc Universe Presents I thought would always be there to present us to new or rather unpopular characters.

Agreed
hey cancelled I,VAMPIRE also
It seems they are cancelling titles quickly.. not much stability in the New 52.. but maybe this is not a bad thing? It makes things more dynamic and gives more heroes a chance to get a comic even if it's just for a few issues. As well as the occassional new idea.

Scandal Savage is awesome!
It wasn't Scandal..which wasn't awesome.@colonyofcells said:

Oh. Well, that sucks.
I want to see the return of the core Secret Six: Scandal, Ragdoll, Catman, and Deadshot. I personally liked it when the other two slots were filled with Jeannette and Bane. Knockout was okay, but I thought her personality and development compared to the others.
Expect Batwing to follow in May!
@TimmyGrunt: Holy cow really? That was a creative comic. I have the first few, and they are great. Would have wished to see it on the tele...

Yeah, me too. Seemed like a good idea for a series, giving a few issues to a character who doesn't have their own series. I suppose they could just publish limited series' though.
LOL at people sad about iVampire being cancelled when they didn't even read it. If you want nonsuperhero books to survive, you have to follow them like your superhero books.

I've seen the quote, 'Batwing quits—and what new member of the Batman family is ready to take his place?', so maybe you're right. It wouldn't surprise me. I've heard nothing but negativity towards it, and it doesn't seem to be selling well.
How is Fury of the Firestorm still up?
@V_Scarlotte_Rose: After the first arc, which was awesome, it just lost what made it it's own. It turned into standard hero fare. It wouldn't sting as much if the first story was bad from the get-go.
Shame, shame. Oh, well.

That's the million-dollar question.
Firestorm probably has the support of Geoff Johns who very early planned to put Firestorm in the Justice League, same with Cyborg, Green Arrow, Hawkman, Mera, Element Woman, Ryan Choi, Deadman, Lady Luck. Hawkman also has very low sales.
Hard to justify Dc Universe Presents bec. it was just one unpopular character after another so it will always have low sales and lead to cancellation.

I would absolutely love if they brought back the Secret Six with those team members. That would be so cool!!!
Dafuq? I was just getting into Blue Devil and Black Lightning.
A return of the Secret Six cast would be great. A return of Gail Simone to Secret Six would be even better. She really was what made that title great, even through all the roster changes. (King Shark was really growing on me toward the end.)
As for the cancellation of Batwing, I'm hoping it's just a shuffle of the headlining character. I didn't really have any strong feelings about Batwing one way or the other, but it felt like a huge slap in the face that a new Bat-character was given a solo title, while Tim Drake had his decent selling solo book denied in the New52 after holding his own for over 200 issues. If Batwing were to die and Tim Drake were to take over as "Redwing", I could not imagine myself more excited.
