Basic Bio
Ahsoka Tano is a 17 year old female Togruta. She was at the age of 14 assigned to Anakin Skywalker as his Padawan. For three years she been on the front lines of battle, and accompanied Anakin and Obi Wan on some of the most important missions. She learned through first hand experience to become a very prominent Jedi of the order. After what was stated her great trial, Ahsoka turned down Knighthood to Jedi knight, and left the Order altogether to find her own path in a time of confusion for her. It is shown she survived Order 66, and responsible for making the Alliance as one of its core members. She regularly tasks and guides both Kanan and Erza through the Dark Times till her final confrontation with her old master.
Biology
Tano as a Togruta also had advanced visuospatial awareness, thanks to the hollow spaces in her montrals that gathered information ultrasonically. This in turn grants a passive echolocation that allowed Ahsoka to sense the proximity and movement of physical objects around her.
Jedi Padawan to Jedi Knight
When Ahsoka was first introduce, she was introduced as the youngest Padawn of the time. A showing of great promise and potential, that Yoda himself allowed her to become a Padawan at such a young age. She became integral to the Clone Wars at the age of 14. in a few short years she became a Jedi Knight, one of the youngest, at the the time.

Ahsoka passed her final test, and she no longer a Padawan. She was 17 when she turned this offer down, and left the Jedi Order. Meaning, she was the youngest Padawan in the Clone Wars possibly. Its not till later after Order 66 we see Ahsoka again as one of the founders of the fame Rebel Alliance, and opposing Vader and his Inquisitors.

Along with great Saber skill, Ahsoka has shown superb hand to hand abilities as she fights handcuffed against Madalorians, or how easy she took down Cad Bane. We also see the use of the Force to increase strikes to damage Clone Troopers in their battle armor.

We also see her hand to hand skill being more than enough to wreck fully armed Trandoshans in a fight. These aliens are strong enough to fight Wookies in hand to hand.

Lightsaber Forms
Lightsaber duelist are very skilled as creators of Star Wars movies state about Lightsaber Forms in general.
Ahsoka uses a unique style with a hybrid of other styles, and under Anakin's training proven to be a exceptional duelist. Various sources place her Lightsaber knowledge possibly with being skilled in Shi-Cho, Shien, Ataru, Jar'Kai , and Niman. Her skills with the Lightsaber was her specialty, and she was a duelist of the highest order.
Shi-Cho is the basic of all Lightsaber forms and taught to all Initiates. Its is a basic form of deflecting projectiles, Lightsaber sweeps, and the over all ability to allow the force flow through you to use a Lightsaber. Ahsoka would learn this from being a Youngling from the get go.
Shien/Djem So is a form that excels in both Blaster Deflection and Counter Attacks. Base on defense, but unlike Form 3 which is all defense, this form requires the strength to counter attack and overpower your foe while being defensive. It is a physically demanding form. Since Ahsoka uses a reverse grip early on, she could easily be stated to know Shien. Training with Anakin who specialize in Djem So would logically have her possibly learning this side of Form V to a higher degree than most.
Ataru is a form that deals with acrobatic and very agile attacks against a single foe. Its is the second most demanding form of Lightsaber Combat, doging attacks, but always on the attack as well.
Ahsoka is taught a modified versions of Form 4 by Anakin during the clone wars to further her range defense in combat.
Niman is a form that is based on using the Force more so than pure Lightsaber attacks, and is seen as jack of all trades form. Its about using the force in combat, mostly Force pulling foes into a attack, or Force pushing foes after a attack. This form is also the base of the popular Lightsaber form of called Jar'Kai, which Ahsoka becomes adept in. Jar'Kai involves the use of two lightsabers instead of one, something Ahsoka is heavily seen using in most of her battles. We also often see Ahsoka chain force attacks, showing a knack for Niman in general outside the Jar'Kai alone.
In a recent Ultimate Star Wars, Ahsoka is stated to use a very unique skill set with her unique reverse grip Lightsaber. Meaning she is not bound at all to a traditional specific form, and likely uses a hybrid form.
Not to mention the clear intentions on everyone working on Rebels.
Damn good accolades on the Rebels crew opinions of her dueling skill.
Lightsabers
Her weapons of choice was a single Green Lightsaber. Later on she gain a Yellow Shoto Lightsaber.
According to canon, the Lightsabers are made from a unique energy that resonates with the force thanks the the core component, the Kyber Crystal.
In Legends canon the Lightsaber generates what is called Electromagnetic Generated Arc-Wave energy.
We also know she makes her Lightsabers was made waterproof as per the battle of Calamari episodes in Clone Wars.
The Yellow Shoto Lightsaber allowed for better use in the off hand with its slightly shorter blade.

While Ahsoka did not use advance force moves in a fight, she could use the basic TK like abilities to grab foes to throw them around, or powerfuly push foes. Her strength is enough to drag down a large wall of material, and with Anakin even kept tons of boulders from crushing them.
Blows back Zyggerians.
Ahsoka uses the force barrier to deflect glass shards.
Force pulls a droid into her attack.
Uses TK alone to rag doll Madalorians, and disarm them.
Ahsoka manhandles a foe with TK.
Able to fling around the aim of a Trandoshan, and then force pushes a Trandoshan through blast doors.
Force Choke and slams around a Tradoshan.
Able to blow past Ventress force defenses.
Force pulls couple tons of structure down onto droids.
Ahsoka knocks down over ton worth of droids with the Force.
Here she blows back in mid combat the 5th Brother Inquisitor with enough force to keep him down half the fight.
Force pushes Grievous in mid fight.
Ahsoka manages to even surprise Vader by force pushing Vader in their duel.
Ahsoka deflects most of Emperor Palpatine's Dark Side attack to capture her and Ezra. Ezra adding his own meager TK to help in the end.
Curato Salva
Curato Salva is the ability for a Jedi to heal, or refresh themselves. Ahsoka herself seems to confirm she has this Force ability, and as in her own words how useful the ability to negate pain in battle is particularly useful. Granting her a much higher pain threshold.

Force Sense
Force sense is the heighten state of senses, as well telepathic levels of sensing emotions through the force. Ahsoka had a powerful force sense which she had showcased many times to locate hidden foes, or lost friends.
Ahsoka senses all the emotions of despair around her very strongly.
Even though she was locked up in a cage, Ahsoka senses the arrival of Dooku and Ventress on the planet.
Ahsoka using the Force to enhance her hearing through a crowded bar.
Ahsoka locates people through a labyrinth.
Ahsoka uses the Force to sense Plo Koon in the space rubble to find his exact location.
Ahsoka uses the Force to sense a Hutt across Coruscant. Describing what he was doing at the moment and described his physical description.
Ahsoka senses the assassin Aura Sing and locates her sniping position through the Force.
Ahsoka senses the Seventh sisters attack with her eyes close through the Force.
Force Leap
Force Leap and Speed are trademarks of using the Force to enhance you physical abilities. Ahsoka has shown great examples of this use if the Force, and combines it with her knowledge of Curato Salva to stay refresh as long as possible.
In this scene we see this amp through the force combine with her physical attributes to pursue a impossible chase with a athletic alien. Some of the Highlights of her force jumping distance, and agility. Ahsoka making insane distance jumps, large drops onto rounded surfaces, jumping from wall to wall to scale great heights, and even back flipping onto a speeding vehicle, then off said vehicle onto a buildings narrow ledge. Insane agility, force jumping, and all around pakour skills.

Speed
Thanks to Force Speed abilities, Ahsoka is far faster than most beings in the Galaxy. Able to react or move at super human speeds.
Blitzes four Mandolorian Deathwatch in one opening attack.
Ahsoka was fast enough disarm with her eyes close, barehanded the Seventh Sister.
Ahsoka cuts down several Battle droids so fast that gravity takes a second to catch up.
Ahsoka moves in a short burst to be faster than the eyes of these two Trade Federation.
Ahsoka using speed and agility to run pass a fellow pod racer faster than they could see.
Speed wise also weaves in and out of Blaster Fire.
Ahsoka dodging point blank blaster fire.
Reacts, deflects, and out runs Stun Blasts.
Deflecting a cross fire of blaster attacks with a single Lightsaber.
Ahsoka reacts, activates her Lightsaber, and then deflects a blaster shot back at the attacker. A blaster bolt that was mere feet from her.

Strength
While many may not think Tano is strong, she has incredible strength feats with those she lock sabers up in battles.
Ahsoka with just hand to hand takes down several armed Madalorians. Another impressive strength display by hitting through their armor.
We also see in her hand to hand ability able to amp her strength to harm Clone Troopers through their armor which in itself is impressive. Taking down several armed Clone Troopers with just hand to hand.
Ahsoka locks up with Maul himself, and forces him back. Then one hands blocks his two handed swing.
Ahsoka again locking blades as a Padawan still with Grievous of all people, and forces him back in the lock up.
Ahsoka multiple times locking sabers with the might of Vader who relies on overpowering foes.
Durability
Thanks to her use of the Force and Curato Salva abilities, Ahsoka is very durable compared to most.
Ahsoka is durable enough to tank stun blasts which KO even the toughest humans outright.
Ahsoka takes a blaster to the shoulder, and while injured, her arm still works.
Ahsoka is kicked dozens of feet and plows through metal crates with the momentum. Then after this Ahsoka is kicked in the face, sent crashing through wooden planks, and free falls several dozen feet to the floor. Ahsoka is winded but relatively fine.
Ahsoka is hit by a exploding Speeder and sent flying. She gets right back up to continue the chase.
Ahsoka is caught up in a massive explosion, and is fine. Even catching the ledge right after being hit by the blast.
Battles
I could list all day the various battles of Ahsoka owning Droids, Aliens, and other baddies, but that would take too long. Instead I will show some key Ahsoka Tano only fights.

The first big fight she had was at the age of 14 against 3 MagnaGuard. MagnaGuard are insane skilled droids with great strength and speed. These are Jedi killers, and the very rookie Ahsoka takes out three of them while trying her best to keep a baby Hutt alive.

Ahsoka at the age of 14 also fought for a time General Grievous. She not only survives him and saves Rex, but in the end she actually manages to cut off the General's own hand with his own Lightsaber, and gets away.

Later on in her career Ahsoka actually competes with the infamous Bounty Hunter Arua Sing. This Bounty Hunter was shown to be very skilled, and taught Boba Fett early on in his life. Ahsoka wrecks her in the chase to get her. Even taking down a ship to do it.

At the height of her young career, Ahsoka actually manages to spar with Ventriss in a one on one scenario, and kept from being killed. She also saves a Jedi Master from the Sith. Another great feat is Ahsoka tanking a very devastating explosion from Ventriss without a scratch.

In another mission with Barriss, Ahsoka has to survive a crew gone bloodlusted by Brain Worms. It gets so bad, that Barriss also becomes infected. Ahsoka ends up holding back against a Bloodlusted Barriss, and defeats her.

Ahsoka in Season 3 gets her Shoto blade, and her skills increased alot since her younger days. She even gets good enough to get the better of Vizsla. A character who gave Darth Maul a hard time before dying. She also manages to kill 4 Deathwatch Mandalorians with a single move, and then defeats 3 more chasing her. Including Vizsla's own second in command.

Ahsoka in a impressive display of skill takes on both Obi Wan and Anakin when she was turn Dark Side by the Son. While many see this as both Jedi holding back, the fact is Ahsoka does get her hits in on Anakin, and keeps from being subdued by the Jedi duo. This is very impressive.

In a Grievous rematch, Ahsoka manages to hold her own very well against Grievous using all four Lightsabers. Very impressive skill boost from their first battle.

Ahsoka's last major fight as a Padawan, and a controversial one at that. Where Ahsoka handled Barriss before, she had a hard time here. To Ahsoka credit, this Barriss did show the ability to take out Ventriss with insane ease, stealing her lightsabers. Barriss also dueled with Anakin himself in a prolong battle after Ahsoka's was beaten by her. Also Ahsoka held her own very well against this Dark Side embraced Barriss until the large explosion took the fight out of Ahsoka. After the explosion it was clear Ahsoka was worse for wear. So Ahsoka losing this well fought battle is not as cut and dry as some see it, or a bad showing at all.
Ahsoka then spends much time training, and honing her Force mastery. When she returns, she is stated by Rebels film makers as better than when we last seen her.

Ahsoka takes down both the 5th Brother, and 7th Sister. Dominating the fight the whole time. beating them with a combination of lightsaber skill, unarmed attacks, and force pushes.

We see Ahsoka again take on Inquisitors in a major brawl. Right after this, we then have Ahsoka taking on Maul in a quick skirmish, with neither side having any advatage over the other in the quick duel.

Ahsoka best feat to prove her worth is when she fought Darth Vader in a long drag out fight. In the end of this fight, we see Ahsoka walking down the temple steps with no sign of damage, where Vader is limping out of the temple. During the whole duel, Ahsoka did not manage to get tag once from what we see. This fight is more impressive, that unlike Luke Skywalker in RotJ where Vader held back, this Vader was stated in prime and going all out in terms of dueling. The ending of the fight was one where Ahsoka was going to sacrifice herself to keep vader from claiming the Sith Holocron.
A solid feat for the former apprentice of Anakin.
