Age of Ultron Book 2 (Beware if Spoilers)

Okay, any idea who that guy was that attacked Spider-Man? There's no way it was Ultron, Hammerhead, or Owlsley. Flash of light, cape...could it be Sentry? Whoever it is, I think they attacked Spider-Man to save him from Ultron.
