Action Figure detail tearing

Recently, I noticed my TDKR Steatlh Fusion's rubber in the joints which is movable is tearing. I dont move or play with it, I just display it at my room, then when I planned on cleaning them, I saw the tearing. Anyone knows how to take care of them?
