From DC with their current standing:

  • Action Comics, rock solid and excited for Grant Morrison to leave.
  • All-Star Western, excellent book and by far one of strongest standings.
  • American Vampire, when it returns it will be back on my pull-list for sure.
  • Aquaman, excellent and it's among the strongest standings.
  • Batgirl, rock solid and I'm glad Gail Simone is staying on.
  • Batman, hard to imagine a book that has a better standing.
  • Batman & Robin, pretty solid to stay even though it has it's up and downs.
  • Batman: the Dark Knight, solid, seems like Scarecrow's been the focus forever.
  • Birds of Prey, isn't this getting canceled? If so, that sucks. It's pretty decent.
  • Detective Comics, weakest link of the Batman books, but still a solid standing.
  • Earth 2, finally picking up, definitely want to see it play out.
  • the Flash, by far one of the best books post-Flashpoint, definitely a keeper.
  • Green Arrow, can't believe I'm still buy, can't wait for Lemire to take over.
  • Green Lantern, how could you stop reading this book now? Concrete standing.
  • Green Lantern: New Guardians, no idea where it's going, but I want to find out.
  • Justice League, as strong of a standing as Batman, Flash, or Green Lantern.
  • Justice League Dark, an absolute gem and one of the best books of the DCnU.
  • Nightwing, love the character and love the book, it's sticking around.
  • the Ravagers, this one is on the bubble, I keep waiting for Rose to take over.
  • Red Hood and the Outlaws, I really miss Kenneth Rocafort, but it's still great.
  • Red Lanterns, done with this book after Third Army and First Lantern.
  • the Savage Hawkman, I love the character, but this sucks. Issue to issue.
  • Smallville: Season 11, surprisingly very good and definitely a keeper.
  • Superboy, I'm hoping it gets better after the H'el crossover, but still solid.
  • Supergirl, by far the best of the Super-Family books and a concrete keeper.
  • Superman, it's been better since Lobdell took over, so definitely keeping.
  • Swamp Thing, not optimistic about post-Snyder, but I'll give it a chance.
  • Sword of Sorcery, definitely on the bubble, picked up after JLD crossover.
  • Talon, not sure we need another Bat Book, but it's pretty good so far.
  • Teen Titans, keep waiting for this team to become a team, but it's weak so far.
  • Threshold, I'll give anything a chance, going issue-to-issue on this one.
  • Wonder Woman, one of the best books in post-Flashpoint 'verse. Concrete.
  • World's Finest, I'd rather a Power Girl book & Huntress in BoP, but keeping.

From Marvel with their current standing:

  • All-New X-Men, loving the dynamic of the old X-Men joining the present.
  • Avenging Spider-Man, it's fate is tied whether I dig the Superior Spider-Man.
  • Captain Marvel, possibly the best book I'm reading from Marvel. Concrete.
  • Deadpool, definitely rock solid, breaks up stacks of serious books up nicely.
  • Scarlet Spider, never imagined a Kaine book but this one is awesome.
  • Superior Spider-Man, definitely interesting, but will it work? I'll give it 6 issues.

Marvel

  1. Winter Soldier - Favorite series, but we will see how it goes after Brubaker leaves the title
  2. Captain America - Romita's art is so hit and miss to me. I think it is detracting from what could be a fantastic story by Remender
  3. Hawkeye - Awesome blend of comedy and action. Hopefully Fraction can keep it up.
  4. Scarlet Spider
  5. Avengers
  6. Secret Avengers - Really looking forward to see how this turns out
  7. New Avengers
  8. Nova - Gonna try this out. Richard Rider was one of my favorite characters so we will see how this new guy works out.
  9. Fury Max - Going to keep pulling this one for a few more issues
  10. Age of Ultron mini-series. Probably more excited about this than anything else comic related in 2013
  11. Picking up some classics that I have not read before (Kraven's Last Hunt, The Coming of Galactus, Thor by Simonson, Kang Dynasty, as well as some others that I hope to find)

DC

  1. Swamp Thing
  2. Animal Man
  3. Batman

Had to drop a couple of my DC titles (Justice League, Nightwing, Green Lantern) to make room for Marvel Now

Image

  1. Fatale
  2. Saga

Ditto. It's my favorite Marvel book after ANXM.

  • Wolverine - I'm hoping the new series will be decent. I'll also pick the first few issues of Savage Wolverine. Speaking of Wolvie, I'll pick up the Adamantium Collection in June.
  • Hawkeye - Just recently picked on up this series.
  • Constantine - After Hellblazer, I'll give the regular DCU a chance.
  • FF - After the first few issues I'll stick around awhile. I'll likely pick up the 1st sic Fantastic Four issues to see how the two series relate.
  • Wonder Woman - Azz has made WW interesting.
  • Various other X-Men and Batman books. Plus Swamp Thing and Animal Man to see what happens after the Rot.
