Both are not what I was expecting...

ART:I want the readers to want the next issue so bad that they can’t wait a month to find out what happens to these characters.

@NewKid: On wikipedia the new 52 page they are in the Other titles section. So this 2 and Insurgent might be considered as mini series that are part of the New 52

@Impala: that's what i thought made more sense. At the beginnings of the interview for Green Team, it says 'Baltazar and Franco would be writing their first book in the New 52', in regards to it...

but i agree something about them does seem like they will just be mini-series.

The concepts don't sound that intriguing, but you never know how they'll be until they actually come out. I have a lot of faith in Simone though, I think she's very underrated.

They'll be cancelled by the next wave,the same goes for every title that's not a part of the Superman,Batman,JL group or are not being written by popular writers,DC has gone completely downhill.These books are rather cool in concept(Movement certainly is) but they'll need outstanding talent to do them justice and they'll be better off in their own universe(Vertigo,Punisher Max).

I predict a flunk.

I'm actually excited for these. They sound different, and that's just what I want at the moment.

Every time I see a small headliner from DC, this is exactly what I go to these days. Surely things like this would have a better chance under the Vertigo label?

makes me wonder what the other replacement series are going to be (apart from Snyder's Superman, which is coming)... as i was not expecting this at all...

This will probably be locked since staff just posted, but I have to say I don't think these will sale, and apparently now in DC  
No sales=No chance.
