We are faceless. We are limitless. We see all. And we do not forgive.

Who defends the powerless against the GREEDY and the CORRUPT? Who protects the homeless and poverty-stricken from those who would PREY upon them in the DARK OF NIGHT?

When those who are sworn to protect us abuse their power, when toxic government calls down super-human lackeys to force order upon the populace…finally, there is a force, a citizen’s army, to push order BACK. Let those who abuse the system know this as well: We have our OWN super humans now. They are not afraid of your badges or Leagues. And they will not be SILENCED.

We are your neighbors. We are your co-workers. And we are your children.

I don't think this will be ongoing titles just one shots

#5 Posted by NewKid (358 posts) - - Show Bio

@Impala: in the interview for Green Team it sounded very much like it would be an ongoing -

BY: What is it you hope comics readers come away from the book with?

ART:I want the readers to want the next issue so bad that they can’t wait a month to find out what happens to these characters.

#6 Posted by Impala (264 posts) - - Show Bio

@NewKid: On wikipedia the new 52 page they are in the Other titles section. So this 2 and Insurgent might be considered as mini series that are part of the New 52

#7 Posted by NewKid (358 posts) - - Show Bio

@Impala: that's what i thought made more sense. At the beginnings of the interview for Green Team, it says 'Baltazar and Franco would be writing their first book in the New 52', in regards to it...

but i agree something about them does seem like they will just be mini-series.

Weak. If they're ongoings, they will be cancelled.

The concepts don't sound that intriguing, but you never know how they'll be until they actually come out. I have a lot of faith in Simone though, I think she's very underrated.

don't like the interior artist

this... 7 issues.

They'll be cancelled by the next wave, the same goes for every title that's not a part of the Superman,Batman,JL group or are not being written by popular writers,DC has gone completely downhill. These books are rather cool in concept(Movement certainly is) but they'll need outstanding talent to do them justice and they'll be better off in their own universe(Vertigo,Punisher Max).

I predict a flunk.

#13 Posted by Dernman (14726 posts) - - Show Bio

Not interested.

#14 Posted by Cap10nate (2156 posts) - - Show Bio

pass.

#15 Posted by NewKid (358 posts) - - Show Bio

Movement might be able to get some people on board just because there are a lot of Gail Simone fans...

I don't expect Green Team to last long at all though...

here's the advert for them -

They cancelled Blue Beetle and DC Universe Presents for this?

#19 Posted by Imagine_Man15 (1801 posts) - - Show Bio

I'm actually excited for these. They sound different, and that's just what I want at the moment.

Every time I see a small headliner from DC, this is exactly what I go to these days. Surely things like this would have a better chance under the Vertigo label?

This is stupid.

Hippies rejoice!... smh

#23 Posted by NewKid (358 posts) - - Show Bio

makes me wonder what the other replacement series are going to be (apart from Snyder's Superman, which is coming)... as i was not expecting this at all...

Hmm, interesting. Props to DC for taking a chance on something new.

The Movement reminds me of a bathroom joke.

#28 Posted by Loki9876 (2993 posts) - - Show Bio

I judge by review altough the green team as a lame name

#29 Posted by The Stegman (23034 posts) - - Show Bio

This will probably be locked since staff just posted, but I have to say I don't think these will sale, and apparently now in DC
No sales=No chance.

#30 Posted by BlackWind (5507 posts) - - Show Bio

@TheCannon: I was gonna say that. Instead of working on someone like Blue Beetle or Static, we're getting this?

Wut?

I forgot Static. He's an awesome character that deserves an ongoing. And we're getting this.
