I like Flash as Venom...

Did I like run over Slott's dog or something? Why ya gotta take away all the characters I like?

Seriously this is just sad.

And yet no one has celebrated over "The return of Cardiac!"

WHat if Venom leaves THompson for Gobby? Or for Cardiac? WHy is everyone so sure Otto will gain the symbiote?

Great, just great.Now Slott will choose somebody who will suck majorly like Venom and will ruin even that for me.

Only thing I can say is that the cover art for #24 looks pretty rad. I have yet to read the Venom series so I don't have an opinion on Flash. Really don't know who else can become Venom, but if I had to guess I'd say Cardiac.

What if Kaine becomes the new venom? Poor flash ):

Great. Just ***'in great. It wasn't enough to shut down his series, know there trying to replace him! If Venom's cancelling didn't do it, this will: I'l stop reading Marvel! No but really, Flash should be the next big step after Brock bonding to the symbiote!! What's wrong with you people!

Superior Venom-Spider

Wasn't it Slotts idea to make Flash venom? This seems really pointless and stupid.....

i heard the series will start alongside with Superior Scarlet_Spider

And Superior infects yet another book. Why does this story need to leak out into every possible thing it can? I'm willing to bet nothing in the story will matter or carry on after it ends. It's just so sad and transparent that Marvel keeps selling it's books with misleading solicits like "And, after half a century, one of the most cringe-worthy moments in ALL of Spidey-history! You do NOT want to miss this one!" hilarious.

That or there is the possibility that the MJ will be the new Venom and the story will actually just be bad.... or better yet they could ruin Black Cat more than just making her Doc Ock's girlfriend. She could be the new Venom like in web of shadows.

OR EVEN BETTER! Carlie can be the new Venom and use her powers to accomplish nothing at all, as is her signature move.

This really upsets me. The Venom title seemed rather strong on it's own especially with Mania being introduced for a while. Yet Marvel is once again cancelling a solo title yet keeps their million titles of X-Men and Avengers... Flash as Agent Venom was the only reason it was worth reading.

Copy that.

...original Superior Venom? What should that mean?

Flash Thompson is the original, superior, Venom.

Pretty much so. Not original, but far superior by me.

I meant he's the original SUPERIOR Venom, not the original Venom. He's superior to every previous Venom we've seen in comics. Comma's might have led to confusion there haha.

Yeah it's clear Ock is getting the suit for part of this arc, but I think it's pretty clear Flash is getting it back. He's confirmed for GoTG after all, my guess is Ock rockets him into space to keep his secret safe after the symbiote leaves him and takes that info back to Flash. The solicit is saying "everyone will be asking 'Who is the superior Venom'"? I think Slott is doing his usual play on words here, that the readers will debate if SpOck is a superior Venom to Flash, the way people debate if SpOck is a superior Spider-Man to Pete. SpOck, in his own head of course, will think he's superior to anyone and everyone.

Spoiler Alert: He isn't.
