For ages the theory of Evolution has challenged the beliefs on which Genesis was created. Ladies and Gents i present you with Marvel Evolution and DC Evolution.
I admit that the idea is not original but, seeing as how most of the good characters are taken in the other two groups might as well give other writers a chance to take a swing at them. Alright so basically you just choose a character you want to write and begin to build them from the ground up. I am currently going to be writing the Suicide Squad. The basic rules are that you cannot include any character in your stories unless you have gotten permission. Also crossovers are encouraged so go ahead and get writing.
Hey guys also do not forget to check out both DC Genesis and Marvel Genesis. There is a boat load of talent and all are great reads.

Why does it have to be a group effort a second time? Why not just write your own origin fics outside of Genesis with whomever (the OP for example) and crossover?
Having a second big "CALLING ALL WRITERS" thing like Genesis did seems like... I dunno, shameless.
@InnerVenom123: I have no shame ... I don't think there is a problem with me and sentry starting a second group ... However starting to write simply outside Genesis was my initial idea but after talking with the man above (sentry) I decided "why not give it a try?"
I fully agree with Project Worm. It is a perfectly good idea to start up another one since as he stated most characters are taken and less rules will allow more writers to feel less restricted. Not to mention, he didn't say that it was exactly the same it's just another chance to re-create the characters. If you or any one else has a problem with the idea, then you don't have to join or pay attention to it. Not to mention, he was respectful enough to mention the other groups and recommend people to check them out because of all the talent.

I'm loving all this. From what started as simple frustration about Bendis and marvel, to an idea and then into a big thing with a DC Genesis later and now we're going into what could be classes as Fan-Fic's fan-fic! THIS IS BRILLIANT!

We have to have rules otherwise there would be no order and the whole thing would fall apart. It's too big not to. We haven't had a universe crossover yet, one's coming up in the near future but the only crossover I'm sure has happened so far was a thor and iron man one written by primepower.

I completely agree, we have rules just LESS rules. By crossovers I meant inter-universe crossovers.. Like I dunno Teen Titans and Avenger Academy.

We're in the planning stages, we have a poop load of characters and many writers, it'll take a while to organise xD

@primepower53: it could be a long shot but why not try get a personal laptop then youre parents dont need to worry about the computer as its your responsability and you know comicvine is 100% safe. You could like get it for christmas or somthing, just an idea so you can still be a part of it all
