Riddler and Harley Quinn make an odd alliance and decide to take the Gotham Aquarium hostage, prompting Batman and Batgirl to spring into action.
Riddler and Harley Quinn intend to steal the hammerhead sharks and release them into the Gotham River, but Batman and Batgirl show up and freeze them both with a liquid nitrogen gun and haul the frozen maniacs off to Arkham.
However, Batman and Batgirl ask themselves, "Why do we resort to using weapons like an ice-gun to stop maniacs who are, by definition, self-defeating?"
