UNDERBOSS: Y’know, it’s funny. I really, really want to shoot you.
PUNISHER: Mutual.
UNDERBOSS: But a very, VERY small fragment of my programming wants me to die.
UNDERBOSS: So you can make it to him.
UNDERBOSS: Slaughter’s right through the elevator in the back of my office, you know. He’s guarding BigBoss.
UNDERBOSS: See? My programming made me say that. It’s all breadcrumbs.

PUNISHER: Then don’t pull the trigger when I kill you.

Underboss’s eyes.
UNDERBOSS: Like I said.
UNDERBOSS: I really, really want to shoot you.

Punisher’s finger on the trigger.
PUNISHER: Like I said.

Underboss’s arm-gun.
PUNISHER: Mutual.

Punisher’s moved the rifle toward Underboss’s right forearm, and firing, so Underboss’s arm points the other way.
SFX: BLAM
UNDERBOSS: HRRA!
3.2
Punisher tumbling out from Underboss’s stance, Underboss shooting at where Punisher just was.
SFX: BUDDA BUDDA BUDDA

Punisher’s hand reaching for a pouch.

Underboss aiming toward Punisher.
UNDERBOSS: SNEAKY LITTLE-

A smoke grenade going off between Punisher and Underboss.

Underboss’s head cracks back as he’s shot in the face. There’s no impact wound, though.

Punisher taking cover behind a waiting room style couch that he’s flipped over. He’s peeking over.

Underboss is still standing.
UNDERBOSS: Sorry to disappoint you.

Underboss is looking at his left hand.
UNDERBOSS: Much like my brother, the Overboss, I’m bulletproof.
5.4
Punisher looking toward the windows that line the hallway.
UNDERBOSS: And, unlike Overboss…

Underboss’s left hand bursts like tissue, as a long blade pushes itself out of his arm.
SFX: SHNK
UNDERBOSS: I prefer a personal touch.

Punisher standing over the couch, the rifle in his hand, firing. As Underboss runs at him with the blade.
SFX: BLAM BLAM BLAM

Underboss pulling his blade arm back, preparing to strike. He’s right in front of Punisher.
Punisher tossing his rifle aside.
6.3
Punisher’s left hand is up, so that the point of Underboss’s blade goes right through the palm and out the other side.
SFX: GSHK
PUNISHER: HRRRAAA!!!
UNDERBOSS: HA! GOT YOU!

Punisher’s eyes, glaring.
PUNISHER: NO.

Punisher shoving all of his weight to the left, his right hand grabbing Underboss’s shoulder and pushing. His left hand grabbing the blade, even though it’s impaling his hand.
PUNISHER: I’VE GOT YOU.

Punisher standing in the office. There’s a console of buttons behind Underboss’s desk, on the wall. There’s clearly a closed door visible. There’s a red visor-like light at the top of the door.
CAPTION: PUNISHER: Well, Goodwin.
CAPTION: PUNISHER: I’ll just have to end you with one hand tied behind my back, won’t I?

SLAUGHTER: Got in a bit of trouble, I see?
PUNISHER: F**k you.

Punisher looking up at the door marked “EXECUTIVE”. There’s a turret installed into the ceiling.
SLAUGHTER: Neat, huh?
SLAUGHTER: I figured you’d shoot first and ask questions later, so I pulled some strings and got LittleBoss to install that.

Punisher glaring at Slaughter.
SLAUGHTER: I’m contractually obligated to tell you the GRAVITY of the situation, before we go at it.
PUNISHER: Why not just do that to me?
SLAUGHTER: Because what fun would that be?
16.3
Slaughter.
SLAUGHTER: You know of the Bars With No Name, right?
SLAUGHTER: Of course you do.
SLAUGHTER: You remember the plasma pistols, right?

Punisher.
SLAUGHTER: Of course you do.

There are three large crates that thugs are sifting through, filled with plasma pistols.

SLAUGHTER: Remember what the Overboss said?
SLAUGHTER: He said that there’d be an army to use the pistols.

A different BAR WITH NO NAME. The same thing is happening.

SLAUGHTER: Well, he mentioned d-list supervillains, specifically.
SLAUGHTER: Sadly, the cowards quit when Overboss was taken out.

SLAUGHTER: But the average thug is shockingly brave, when you really think about it.
SLAUGHTER: So they stuck on.
