I've got 4 of 6 done and I'm almost done with 5 and 6 but I don't want to make it a six part series if I just push them all out in one night. Or does that not matter since its a fan-fiction? Anyone have any ideas?

You go put them all together or split them apart. If you split them, then there's less to read, so more people might get interested. Also, if you release one every week, you'll have time to write and edit more.
