I got an idea to write a story about the Hulk working at Walmart. Yes, I came up with it, no one else did. Anyway, this is a short first chapter that I just wrote.
Hulk at Walmart: The first day
“Okay, so you'll be working in the electronics. For now, just help costumers if they need anything. Don't mess up. I've gotten some bad feedback from your references.”
“You no worry, Hulk learn to control his anger. Hulk can do it.” Hulk said to the manager.
“Alright then, good luck.”
Hulk remained still as the manager left.
The manager turned back and yelled, “I said help people!”
“Oh, you mean now?” Hulk asked. “Hulk go help people.”
The Hulk walked around when he noticed a confused costumer browsing the printers.
Hulk approached him and asked, “Hello, sir. Can Hulk help you?”
The confused costumer turned around, surprised by the green behemoth.
“Oh, hello.” He said with an English accent. “I bought a printer yesterday, but it doesn't seem to work. Could you take a look at it, please?”
“Hulk can do that. Where printer?” Hulk asked.
The customer pointed at the cash register, where the printer remained.
“Hulk bring it to computer and check what wrong.” The Hulk said.
He plugged it into one of the computers and tried printing, but nothing happened.
“Hulk can fix it. Let Hulk try again.”
Hulk attempted to print again, but like the time before, it failed. Frustrated, the Hulk repeatedly tried, getting angrier every time it failed.
“Dumb printer! Work for Hulk!” He yelled.
Frightened, the customer called for assistance. “Can someone help please? I don't think he knows exactly what he's doing.”
“Hulk know what Hulk doing! Printer broken! Hulk smash printer!”
“Wait, don't do that.” The customer said.
Ignoring the customer, the Hulk began clicking the print button repeatedly, slowly crushing the keyboard. Suddenly smoke started coming out of the printer.
“Oh, no, I think it's on fire!” The customer said.
“Hulk! What the hell are you doing?” The angry manager asked as he walked towards the Hulk.
“Hulk fixing printer.”
“Fixing it?” The manager asked. “The printer's not even on!”
“Oh...” Hulk said.
“That's it!” The customer yelled. “I want my money back! I'll go to Future Shop. Maybe they'll have good printers.”
The customer walked away.
The manager looked at the Hulk and yelled “Huuullllkk!!!!!”
“...Hulk no do it.” The Hulk said.
