Don't see how it would be general discussion, that is for broad topics related to comics.

As for Off Topic, well I guess if this was a real wedding then sure, I would post about it in OT.

But it's fiction. It is a story of sorts, albeit a very weird, strangely interactive one with definite RPG leanings. So while there is no one board here that totally fits with whatever the heck this is, for me FF comes closest, and that's why it's here.

So I guess same reason anything Cappie does is in Fan Fic is the short answer.
