This sounds really cool and can't wait to see what people come up with. I would love to contribute but am all tied up with Horror Inc. at the moment, but good luck to you Irishlad and let me know if there's anything i can do to help.

not exactly sure what you mean by that question but if you mean it still has to be ongoing then no. It can be based on anything that has ever been graced with the name Anime or Manga
