Why Rejected?

I apologise in advance if this question was already asked and answered, I am terrible at navigating forms.
 
I suggested a comic title be on here (Eureka, based on the television show) and it was rejected. Is there any way I could find out why?

There's already two volumes in our database.

Not sure if you tried adding one of those.  The mod that rejected the sub should have put a note explaining why.  If not, sorry.
