What if the index is wrong (2009 vs 2010)?

I just picked up my copy of Cowboy Ninja Viking #3 and as I was entering it into CV, I noticed that the book's index says "January 2009". I think this is a typo, since it was suppose to come out in Dec 2009, but it slipped a month to January 2010.
 
I entered 2010 as the comic date and left a note in the summary stating the suspected typo.
 
Is this correct?

Technically, comics coming out now are listed in the index for March.  Anyways... I like the fact that someone at Image typoed.  I say leave it at 2009 ;)

For some reason, some of the IMAGE titles that I get are actually labeled as the current month. Most of the Marvel stuff that I get are about 3 months from now.
