When we add an european or a japanese comic, must we choose the american volume publisher or the original volume publisher ?

I ask about it because i read a message from Torminator saying to add the publisher Dargaud.

It's actually published by Shueisha, like Bleach.

For instance, Dragon Ball is a Jump Comics (Japan) or a Carlsen Comics (USA)
