I'm confused. That happened again when Last Family of Krypton #3 came out few weeks ago, but someone deleted the page. Then I remember months ago same thing happened with a Superman/Batman Annual and KillerZ told me it can't be deleted like with Supergirl here, and eventually was remade into the latest Annual.
I hope the single ones get deleted cause the series format is much more convenient, I was thinking about redoing the what if section by series instead of loose cause having all those single issues cluttering up search results is annoying, same thing for people that do the trades separately.

Noooooo. I'm sorry, but heck no. Trades are supposed to be listed as separate volumes and there are already a ton that aren't that have to be switched over.
@The Dark Huntress: You don't think it makes it harder to find stuff that way? When they are listed separately it makes it harder to figure out the proper reading order, for example searching "Hellboy" it is already a pain going through all the miniseries and when you get to the trades they are not really in order fully, makes more sense to me to have a single page like "Hellboy TPB" or somethin.
@pikahyper: In all honesty, I think it makes searching for trades easier. They're supposed to be indexed by the indicia, and technically, they're all separate volumes. There are pages like this and then there are pages like this and this. The general consensus from the mods is that the latter two ways are the correct way. I think it makes it much easier to search for the trades that way. If you're looking for the Uncanny X-Men: Hope trade, because it's listed under the TPBs, unless you know to search for it there, you may never find it. Which can not only lead to frustration, but to people creating dupe pages.
@The Dark Huntress: I can see your point, not everybody searches for stuff the same way but it is better to have comicvines standard that tries to make it easy for all types of users. No worries I won't touch the trades, I still want to tackle those loose What If's though :]
@The Dark Huntress: On reflection I'm thinking it might actually be better to include a discography of trades for character that have a lot of trades, like with my previous example of Hellboy, on the characters page itself I could add a section that lists all the Hellboy trades and their order by original published date and then each trade could link to the trades page so it is a nice alternative while keeping the trades themselves separate in search results. The idea could work for other characters as well since I have seen it work on individual title pages like DMZ and Daredevil and it could help with already confusing crossovers like Civil War and its nightmare page.
Also do you feel the same way, that the trades should be separate, about trades that are in a series like Chronicles of Conan? cause I really don't think those should be broken up.
@pikahyper: Hmmm. I don't know, that sounds like something that could easily be taken advantage of by others to gain points. I'd run it past the mods before actually doing that.
No, things like Chronicles of Conan should be as one, IMO. Just like Ultimate Trade Collections are usually categorized as one volume.

Ok that's good, it would be a shame to break up books like that.
