Like with the previous thread (which is now closed) we'll delete any duplicate pages that we can. If we can't, then the page is renamed to 'Dupe' and is then deleted in batches.

Please keep useful threads like these free from general banter. Like with the Bug Reporting forums, we need to cut straight to the heart of the problem. That can be lost in a sea of comments.

Just link us to both the page that need to be kept & the duplicate page that needs to be deleted. Thanks.

This page is a dupe, but i can't delete the page, remove the appearances or even rename it to dupe.
It doesn't show up on a search either.

This object page on HYDRO-BASE need to be deleted, as I made a location page for it. I deleted the image and the appearances, but I couldn't figure out how to change the name of the object to DUPE. If I could change the name of the object, then I presume I could make an entirely new object page, instead of asking it be deleted? Or do I need to ask for the name to be changed in the other thread?

I didn't see the other issue when I added my issue, so I don't know if I was just blind or if we just added them at the same time.

Edit: I synced the images, creators, etc. So both should have same content now.

Supermen of America (1999) (a one-shot) contains all the issues from Supermen of America (2000) (a 6-issue mini series) (and thus, 2 #1 issues). They should be deleted and added to their own volume.

This Citadel and this Citadel should either be combined, or the first one linked deleted. They are the same character; I think they just got two different pages because one is linked as a Valiant character and one as an Acclaim character. As far as I am aware, he only ever appeared in the Valiant verse 2.0, which was published by Acclaim. I'm not sure if that makes a difference ultimately, as to whether he's an Acclaim or Valiant character (or what that even means legally at the moment; those rights are really screwy), but they are the same character.

Ridgely is a dupe of Master Ridgely.
Dynamic Man (Marvel) has info that Incorrectly associates the Character with Project Super Powers Dynamic Man. This should be two separate wiki pages..The Curt Cowan name Mix-up was just an error in a print promo.
The Defiant Character wiki for Sorcerre r should be deleted no such character exists to my knowledge at the very least the image is wrong. (It shows Nobody)
The Page for Scrag is misspelled and a dupe.
The page for Jeff (??) should be deleted as well.
Hope I did that right.

they look fine, maybe just put a note in the volume section that one is Parts 1 and 4 and the other is parts 2 and 3...otherwise they are indexed properly

The following publisher's Wikis Standard, Nedor, and Better are actually all one Publisher known as Standard/Nedor/Better.
The Standard and Better Wiki Characters, Creators, and Volume Pages should be Merged with the Existing Nedor Page (its the most fleshed out) to create a unified correct page.

This is not a duplicate, but I was searching through trades and came across this page. It says that it has been moved into separate volumes and for it to be deleted.

This is a duplicate of this, although I can understand how it happened because the latter is compiled with a bunch of other trades each acting as issues in a volume and not going off of the indicia.

@The Dark Huntress: the Uncanny X-Men trades should be made into independent volumes and the tpb volume discarded

deleted the issues in the New X-Men TPB volume

there's a lot of old Marvel trades that need to be redone, you can find them by searching "tpb" most of the time
