Publisher Imprints Question

Is there a rule for what imprints have a individual publisher page?

Icon comics has it's own page, but KaBOOM! doesn't.

Both series have their own individual pages on comixology.

Also for example he indicia for Steven Universe says "Published by KaBOOM!, a division of Boom Entertainment", shouldn't there be a publisher page for "KaBOOM!"?

@megamene: Only reason there isn't a KaBOOM! page is cause nobody ever created one really, when it started out though it was more of a branding then an official imprint so it wasn't split off and by the time it was fully recognized it was too large a job to split off. For the time being I would suggest not starting large projects that make big changes until you are out of moderation and have more experience under your belt though.
