GO METHOS ITS YOUR BRITHDAY:p
I recently rejected a submission from an user for Jennifer Kale's page. The submission was as follows:
Zhered-Na was a powerful sorceress in Atlantis precisely 18,000 BC. Banished by emperor Kammu by her prediction that Atlantis would sink, she relayed to the mainland Thurian continent where she taugh about Valka her god. These teachings became known as the cult of Zhered-Na. When the Celestials caused the Great Cataclysm, sinking Atlantis, Zhered-Na was killed by the servant of the demonic Dweller-in-Darkness, while her cult was drivin off by a superstitious village.Zhered-Na's former apprentice, Dakimh, continued her teachings and continued the cult throughout his lengthened lifespan.
Centuries ago, a demon and an angel shared the mystic knowledge of their dimensions with cultist Illyana kale, who added it to her own knowledge to create and complete the Tome of Zhered-Na. To stop their knowledge’s abuse ahead of time, only the combined power of an angel, demon and kale resident could control the book. Recently, Jennifer learned of the book by way of her grandfather, who led the modern embodiment of the cult. The ancient Dakimh took Jennifer as his Student drawing powers from the angelic realm Therea and the Demonic realm Sominus to use the Tome to prevent Earth's invasion by the demon Thog. Jennifer joined Dakimh, Howard the Duck, Korrek, warrior of extra dimensional Kartharta, in stopping further plots of Thog, the Congress of Realities, the wizard Klonus and barbarian Mortak, and the mad demon Bzzk’joh and his Imperium Emporium.
Even after Dakimh’s death, his spirit continued to help her. To live a life as a college student and a sorceress has brought many magical conflicts between her, including her family connection to Johnny Blaze and Dan Ketch. (The Ghost Riders)

My reason for this is that i think it's copied from marvel.com with a few words changed. Marvel.com entry:
Zhered-Na was a sorceress in Atlantis circa 18,000 BC. Exiled by emperor Kamuu for her prophecy that Atlantis would sink, she relocated to the mainland Thurian continent where she taught about her god Valka. These lessons became the Cult of Zhered-Na. When the star-spanning Celestials caused the Great Cataclysm, sinking Atlantis, Zhered-Na was killed by a pawn of the demonic Dweller-in-Darkness, while her Cult was driven off by superstitious villagers. Zhered-Na's former apprentice, Dakimh, continued her teachings and perpetuated the Cult throughout his extended lifespan. Centuries ago, a demon and an angel shared the mystic knowledge of their realms with Cultist Illyana Kale, who added it to her own knowledge to complete the Tome of Zhered-Na. To prevent the knowledge's abuse, only the combination of a Kale and angelic and demonic agents could utilize the Tome.
Recently, Jennifer learned of the Tome via her grandfather, who led the modern incarnation of the Cult. The aged Dakimh took Jennifer as his apprentice, drawing energies from the angelic realm Therea and demonic realm Sominus to use the Tome to prevent Earth's invasion by the demon Thog. Jennifer joined Dakimh, the Man-Thing, Howard the Duck, and Korrek, warrior of extradimensional Katharta, in opposing further plots of Thog, the Congress of Realities, the wizard Klonus and barbarian Mortak, and the mad demon Bzzk'joh and his Imperium Emporium. Even after Dakimh's death, his spirit continued to advise her. Between efforts to live a normal life at various colleges, she has been drawn into numerous magical conflicts, including learning of her familial connection to both Johnny Blaze and Dan Ketch.

The user disagrees with me.
The question is who is right? Am i too harsh in rejecting this?
It's good to discuss this for both users and moderators.

No, my apologize, it was G-man but here's topaz bio:Topaz origins are unknown to her and others. In her youth she was found and followed under the Sorcerer Taboo, who was at the time living in a Indian prison camp. Later in Topaz life Taboo compelled her to control the werewolf known as Jack Russell for the moment. Topaz refusal to kill Jack ended up causing Taboo to abandon her. Topaz and Jack ended up becoming lovers and Topaz also helped Jack to control his powers, learn about loss family, and even helped with fighting Dracula.
Later on, Topaz was abused by Dr .Glitternight who took a portion of her soul. Maria Russoff, Jacks grandmother used Topaz’ power to raise zombies from the grave which was part of a deranged plan. Topaz regained a clear mind, and Maria took her life once she realized what she was doing to her grandson. Later on, Topaz destroyed the demon Mephisto, sadly his minions took her and trapped her in a dimension with a spell that would take a portion of her soul and take her powers if she ever left that dominion. However, Mephisto was found to be alive and was destroyed by Franklin Richards of the Fantastic Four.
Topaz was then freed from her dimensional prison. Her soul was restored by Dr.Strange and an alien sorcerer named Urthona. At 21 years of age, Topaz’ powers have reached critical. She has used her powers to heal the injuries of Dr.Strange servant Wong. Topaz left Dr.Strange side when he shortly turned to black magic, but returned to fight the entity Dormammu. Later, Topaz met up with 2 powerful people, Jennifer kale, and Satana who became known as Witches.

alright, then by mod. explanations I will change it again, and hope that it is diff.
Methos says:
"i do note that your Topaz submission was rejected by Shatterstar originally before you reposted it. M"
That is true, but for that one I wasn't sure at all what CV expected of copyright because it wasn't clear then.
Methos says:
"yeah... i don't see the point in plagiarizing someone else's work, you'll be found out eventually and then **all** your points will be taken, including the points that you honestly worked for. M"

Also, we are different from other sites and want to keep it that way. What's the point if all sites on the web had the same exact information. Put it in your words, give it your slant. Make it yours. I always say don't even look at another source, wikipedia or whatever. It's too tempting to pull the same events from other sources. I've seen pages where they have the same exact number of paragraphs, same key events, etc. A character's bio is what it is. You can't really re-invent it but it doesn't have to be laid out the same exact way someone else has.
