Matter Manipulation

While looking over Atom Eve's page I noticed there isn't a Matter Manipulation power available on this site. Even though this is a defining power of many heroes and villains (Atom Eve, Gorilla Grodd, Cable, 
one of the Mandarin's rings,  Firestorm etc.).
 
Would it be possible to add Matter Manipulation as a power?

I guess it could be called Transmutation too...
