Who? Old Man Logan is Wolverine, so he is on the Wolverine page under 'Alternate Universes.' Alternate reality characters do not get their own pages and are mentioned at the bottom of main character pages. If you mean someone else, please specify.

Exactly.  He was Wolverine, therefore he shouldn't have a page of his own and should be listed under Wolverine's Alternate Universe.

Much like The Fallen and Bloodstorm for Angel and storm respectively.

Yeah, I'd argue that all of the Mutant X characters should be merged into their main respective Earth-616 counterparts.

There can be pages for alternate reality characters if they're different enough, there are five or six different Superman pages for example.
However there's not much point in having a separate page for someone who only has a few appearances and might never been seen again, or someone that doesn't differ much from the original like Ultimate Spider-Man.

Is there really a point to the Mutant X characters having their own pages, as they will essentially never been seen again? ;)

This is like saying there should be a page for Kitty Pride and then another for Shadow Cat..... They are one in the same so it's never going to happen.
