How to post a blog?

How do you post a blog, or has this not been added yet?

@jedixman: I just created one, put my mouse cursor over my name and clicked on blogs, then create a new blog entry.

On the drop down menu from your username there is a Blog link, follow it and on the right it has a button saying Create a new blog entry.
