How do I add pages on CV?

Okay, I'll admit the Quest thing got me started on it, but I'm seriously interested in adding some lesser known characters with few appearances. They're my bread in butter. Sturmer deserves a page! He may have only appeared once, but he saved the entire JLA and I'm sure I can find similar characters  who deserve a little appreciation for their work. 
 
Anyway, if someone could help me out that would be great.

There are videos in the help section. But to add your character, go to browse at the top and select Characters. At the top of that page you will see a button that says 'Add New Character.'
