You need at least 10,000 points. Or you can make a post on the Main Picture Changing Thread. It helps to read the first post before you make a request :)

@Roxanne Starr: It appears when you view an image. You click the link next to it & it'll change the main image on a character/team's overview page :)I double-checked today. I don't think they ever had it in :( I'll keep an eye out for the reprint :)
