Creators with very short names

I just submitted a creator, Chi, that's all the information I can find for them. I have several issues they colored or lettered, but nothing beyond Chi for a name. How the heck can a link them into an issue when the list is populated by other people? I get every Chip, Chic and Chiang, but not Chi.
 
If I can  find more information, I'll happily fill it in, but I'd like to get them into the issues I have while I still have the issues in hand.

In the meantime, I changed the name to Chi (Artist) so you could add it to issues.

I have him/her listed as a colorist on Spider-Man: The Clone Journal &  Spider-Man: Unlimited #11 & letterer on The New Titans Annual #11 . I know there are more, but I don't have the info. in front of me right now.

Looks like his name is Dave Chi. I find that a Dave Chi worked on Annex #1 and someone credited as only 'Chi' worked on issues 2 and 3.

Works for me, I can change the credits in the issues I changed. Thank you!
