So, what's CV's stance on copying text from Wikipedia?
I've noticed quite a few pages with all text directly copied, for example all Dragonball characters.
Hardly fair on those who writes text themselves.
What do everyone else think?
I know that all staff members have made it pretty clear that it's not good. I'm sure they and everyone else will sort it out if you link to any you see.
Ugh, ill go through and clear it out, dunno how those slipped by. Normally I check walls of text with a couple quick searches.

Comicvine does not support/want copying of text from other sources, that is plagarism. el fin.

That's the Dragon Ball volume, has a list of the characters on the side. Also, Joker's entry looks like it's copied from Wikipedia.

all by user Cantip. Maybe you should check all his submissions?
Also, as Buckshot said, http://www.comicvine.com/joker/1702/ is copied from Wikipedia.
http://www.comicvine.com/plastic-man/6270/ is from wikipedia.
http://www.comicvine.com/pyro/3554/ is from wikipedia. Everything except the first part of the AOA section is copied.
Anyone who copies from wikipedia isn't just a plagiarist, they are sendind a message to the fair people-I don't have to work and I don't care. It's even too evil for me.

Max, the loyal Comic Vine member.

http://www.comicvine.com/jubilee/4562/ is also copied directly from wikipedia.
I don't know why people still do it, they get caught sooner or later. There are lots of ways to spot them. One of my college teacher's tricks for spotting a cheat (which won't work here for obvious reasons) is to look for American spellings (a clear sign that it had just been lifted).
