I've explained this seven or so times tonight alone and more times than I can count in the bug reporting forum, so I'd figured I'd save myself the trouble and make it a topic.
Comic Vine and Internet Explorer
Comic Vine and Internet Explorer are pretty darn incompatible. If you're using IE then I can almost guarantee you're running into bugs that won't effect you on a different browser. Some are serious, some aren't. On top of that, people (or at least me) aren't getting notified when you @reply them, which can make conversing in the forums difficult. If you're at all able to, I would highly suggest switching to Google Chrome (which is what I use) or Firefox.
Nice :D
Google Chrome has been the best choice for me. Firefox was having a few troubles on the site, though that might have changed with the new upgrade.
IE9 works pretty well...you can only get this with Windows 7. Also try Maxthon, Chrome does the job for Comicvine. In all honesty IE is still behind the times when compared to the others, IE9 is totally ripping off Chrome and just does not shape up.
" @The Dark Huntress: People still use Internet Explorer? How well does Comic Vine work with Netscape? :-P "
Some of us are at work and don't have another option ;-)

I get limiting the websites, but browsers is just pointless." @The Dark Huntress: People still use Internet Explorer? I'm still getting this:
forum links down the middle of the page :-/
Anyone know a way I can sneak Chrome or Firefox past my work computer? ^__^

You need either Vista or 7, but XP won't work. :(
