Similar to Jason's relationship with Tim and even Bruce, Post Flashpoint his relationship with Dick Grayson is somewhat more amicable as he's not really on the wrong side of the law anymore. They're still not exceptionally close like Dick and Damian are, and probably never will be, but they're fairly civil towards each other and can have conversations and such without a problem. Unfortunately not a lot has been shown of them interacting alone though. That being said i'd guess that Dick and Jason probably see eachother as brothers to some extent. Not the kind that meet up on a regular basis for a drink, but more like the kind that rarely talk but still send Christmas cards and show up at the hospital during an emergency.
There isn't much. There was a brief encounter in Tomasi's Batman & Robin in which Dick eyed Jason suspiciously, and in Nightwing, Dick considers Jason as one of the kids he mentored. And Jason has an inferiority complex as shown in Batman Eternal. Lobdell's Red Hood & the Outlaws can be safely ignored.
What relationship? There is none. Jason and Tim are close and Dick and Jason are like idk cousins who don't talk much to each other but know the other one exists? And I'm sure as long as Lobdell writes Jason we will never get more between them.
