Is there any difference between these two pages?

And should this really be a concept as opposed to something written up on the House of M story arc page?

It's the same. May be a bit obsolete since most that matters already has been repowered.

It's also a more detailed account of what happened. The primary focus is not to describe the mutants that were depowered, but the means for being depowered (m-day itself).
