Combine these 2 pages (same artist) and create alias

Bill Farmer and William Farmer

It's definitely the same person and colorist who is working with different artists and for several publishers respectively. Here's his homepage.

Page to keep: Bill Farmer because of his artist name and homepage.
Aliases: William Farmer and William "Bill" Farmer.

If re-tagging (issues) will be necessary, I will do this. I will also add more details and info to the remaining artist page later.

Maybe this means the page for William Farmer should simply be deleted and then re-tag the 8 issues; either automatically or manually (I'd do that).
