Dominic Cooper would DOMINATE as The Joker. He practically played the real life Clown Prince of Crime in The Devil's Double.

Troy Baker- he got the voice down, and the looks ain't bad either.

I'd go with Guy Peirce. I've been wanting to see him play the role since I watched The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert.
