Hey do I need to read the frankstein tie ins for rot world

Nope. I didn't and still found Rotworld to be fantastic.

@spideyfan3160: I agree with the above poster. The event is all about ST and AM. frankenstein has a role to play but his tie ins are not essential to the story as you get his role from the main comics alone.

@cap10nate: @sinestro_gl: Thanks their was a big sale at my comic shop and I got a ton of the animal man and swamp thing looking forward to reading them.

The Animal Man New 52 series is, by far, my favorite DCnU series to date.

@spideyfan3160: No I wouldn't bother, I really enjoyed Animal Man & Swamp Thing and I finished reading Frankenstein over a year ago.

It's not necessary but it fills in a few questions about his survival.
