Is there a HUMAN who can beat Batman?

What HUMAN can beat Batman? This person can't have superpowers. Also is there a human who is better than batman in every way? This is just curiosity. You can compare people from Marvel comics as well.

Any human on a lucky day, in a "real world" context.

Then the answer is no. In a comic book, Batman could beat the Presence.

I don't think so. If they can't have any powers than no. Batman is the best powerless peak human in comics.

No human in DC can beat Batman without powers. Some people say Shiva but batman has beat her before

Bruce has flat out said himself that Dick is a better fighter(I don't remember the specific issue, but some of the Dick Grayson fans around here might be able to name it).

This is a complicated question. Iron Man has no super powers. His suit counts? Then why doesn't the utility belt, reinforced suit, or crazy cape count? Are we then talking in a boxing ring in only trunks?

I'm surprised nobody here has said Bane, since he did defeat Bruce, and then afterwards it was Jean Paul Valley that beat him, not Bruce.

Then again this was when Batman was exhausted from fighting dozens of villains one after the other, so I don't know if it counts.

But the question is whether any human CAN beat Batman, not who WOULD beat Batman, which is important because realistically nobody will actually beat Batman because he's too popular now, they've turned him into Bat-god. But Bane is strong enough, smart enough and skilled enough to be capable of beating him.

Of course, this is assuming that steroids don't count as superpowers...

As for who's better in every way: Iron Man. I don't personally like Iron Man so don't think I'm a fanboy, but he's smarter (he's a brilliant scientist, better than Bruce), he has cooler, more powerful gadgets (his suit counts as a gadget), and he's richer.

Batman I guess is a better hand-to-hand fighter but I think being able to shoot rockets from his arms sort of makes fist fights redundant to Stark.

I'm honestly struggling to think of any skilled, non-superpowered characters who weren't trained by Batman...

@justthatkid: Well if you take of the powering no but they wouldn't have the same feats. The best power fighter without a power ring would probally be john and even he isnt beating bats anytime soon.

Actually, his Father from Flashpoint could probably beat him, since he's willing to use guns, and is more ruthless.

But, this question is so vague. I'm sure anyone could beat Batman if the circumstances were right. And Batman could beat anyone under the right circumstances. And we're talking about a fictional universe, where there aren't any facts, and sometimes reality is ignored (Not a snowball's chance in heck anyone would be able to dodge bullets the way Batman does). So... Give us some context to this question. In a caged match, where Batman has only his utility belt? Someone jumping Batman in a dark alleyway? Are you asking if it could happen in the comics in the future?

Nope. No human without augmentations/amps/etc. of some kind can beat Bats in a random encounter with morals off.

Under other stipulations, however, yes. There are plenty.

@dimitridkatsis: I really don't know, Lono has the craziness of the Joker and methodical thinking of Bane, also built like him. He has impressive H2H skills, all minutemen are well-trained assassins and firearm experts. Not to mention, Lono has survived 2 death experiences which should have killed him but didn't.

I'd still give it to bats but I think Lono with prep could pull it off, barely.

@mr_clockwork91 meh Minutemen are the creme de la creme of organized crime sure but it's like I said Bats takes down guys like that all the time even if it was all of them together and had a plan they couldn't pull it, not with his training, physicals, gear, strategy etc.
