Welcome! Basically, I've recently been spending a lot of time over here, and thought wouldn't it be cool to make a DC edition?
If you're too lazy to click on the link and read Thunderscream's amazing explination, here is the basic outline of the game:

Name: Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Tyler
Codename: Belle
Appearance: Dirty blonde hair, sapphire blue eyes and pale skin. A very typical American girl next door look about her.
Powers: Superhuman Strength, Exceptional Super Speed, Phasing, Precognition.
Bio: Despite Rick promising Jesse to give up the drug Miraclo, he continued to take it and during the one hour he was granted his powers, he and Jesse had sexual intercourse. This was unknown to Jesse at the time, who made Rick stop using protection so she could hopefully have a child. Her wish was granted and two months later, she started having weird visions of the future and her strength was increased. After getting tests done by Doctor Mid-Nite, she found that the baby she was pregnant with had Miraclo flowing in her blood stream, which caused Jesse to temporarily experience the effects of Miraclo. Jesse gave birth to little Elizabeth, but as a side effect Jesse was diagnosed with cancer. She forever held a grudge against Rick, which eventually caused the two to divorce. Jesse got extremley sick and despite Rick trying to find a cure, she passed away. Lizzie was raised by Rick and the rest of the JSA members and now is soon to become a hero like her father.
I give full credit to Thunderscream for the idea of bringing it to Comicvine and credit to the co-creator of the DC edition, jakeeboi.
1. Fill in one part of the new character at a time. Eg, parents, name, codename, appearance, powers, bio.
2. If you suggest a new pairing, then it will go ignored until the former character is completed. Although bio is optional.
3. Basically.. WAIT YOUR TURN.
4. If, for instance, I write an appearance on a character and so do you at the same time. Whoever's post was technically created first will be the one to use. And whoever's came in second will not be used (unless the first person wants to use the one you made, instead of their own) And you can delete it, or leave it. Whatever.
5. When a character is completed, the first pairing that is posted will be the next one to do. Unless 2 or more are done at the same time. Then you can pick which one you wish to use.
6. At least one of the parents must be a Metahuman. The other can be baseline human or magical. Whatever else.
7. Both parents, however, must be affiliated with DC Comics.
8. You can use two different parents from different timelines, Eg. Green Arrow and Dawnstar. (As long as the bio writer has a sensible plot line on how the two met and stayed together long enough to have a child.)
9. You can roleplay, fan-fic, create a cv account for your characters, whatever. It is fun after all :)
10. If you are creating a character for your own fanfic fill free to fill in the form from start to end by yourself.
11. DONT GET STROPPY BECAUSE WE ARE IGNORING YOUR POST. JUST FOLLOW THESE RULES.
