Hmmm. Tough one.
I am picking Young Justice because how he was portrayed was closer to his original appearances in the comics.
Teen Titans was also good, mainly because of Ron Rerlman. He didn't really do much in some of the other choices.
I am going to say Teen Titans, because it's closest to how DC should write him; a mastermind that operates from the shadow, but can easily kick huge amounts of ass when he needs to. Oh yeah, and Perlman simply nailed the voice.

Perlman's voice was pure sex
Lol.

@kartik1337: Yep Smallville Slade was pitiful.
But yeah I'm gonna go with Teen Titans. Man he was awesome in that show. He's was badass in YJ to though! And we haven't seen much of the true Arrow Deathstroke enough yet to determine anything about him. So far he seems awesome..but I'd I don't see him with the mask and in action i'll be fairly disappointed.
Injustice and Teen Titans. They're two different Strokes for two different kinds of folks.
Injustice was your more typical mercenary Deathstroke that you'd find in comics nowadays.
Teen Titans Slade was the cold, manipulating, mastermind villain that was the bane of the Titans that you'd find in earlier Teen Titans comics.
I'll vote Injustice.
I actually liked Arrow's version of Deathstroke the best as it gave a full background and shows how he completely ties into the show and the main character.
Teen Titans is second place, the classic manipulative Deathstroke whom I really like. Only thing was he wasn't actually called Deathstroke (although I understand why he wasn't)

Pretty partial to animated Teen Titan's Slade. There was so much mystery surrounding him. Genuinely frightening.
