The Season Finale of Constantine Promises to be Epic

This upcoming Friday the 13th, the season finale of Constantine airs on NBC, which is a completely fitting date for John. It's a showdown between John and Papa Midnight. Check out the teaser below.

The future of Constantine is a bit unknown for now (more on that later today), but at least we can count on this Friday the 13th episode being pretty awesome. What do you think of the upcoming episode?

Helluva jump from last episode but excited to see this happen.

Dam NBC never showed any faith in it so it failed.

Love this show, but that Friday time slot is brutal.

I hope those rumors about NBC shifting Constantine over to SyFy as "Hellblazer" are true. I'll be really upset if they bury this show.

I plan to catch up on Constantine in time for the finale. I've only seen the first six episodes so far, but I've quite enjoyed them. It'd be a shame to see it go so early into its run.

This better get a second season

Hopefully it is able to air on the si-fi network for a season 2. I really like this show, at first I did not like it but it was not until episode 6 that it started to get good after only 1 good before that.

I have heard rumours that they want to shift Constantine to another channel... Hope it's true...

@hyperlight: Have you never read Hellblazer? I love this show but Hellblazer is a comic masterpiece imo and is the definitive incarnation of John Constantine.

This show has been nothing but mediocre. They never truly did the character justice. Some people are ok with mediocrity but I'm not one of those people. If they truly wanted to make a good "Constantine" they should've went to a network like HBO or AMC.

So they are calling it a SEASON FINALE and not a SERIES FINALE?

I love the show and will miss it when it's gone, but I really don't think it will be coming back at a later date on NBC or any other network (Netflix included). The show should have been on something like AMC or FX where they allow something unusual like Constantine to mature and develop. The big networks are no place for creativity that can't be easily categorized.

Hopefully we get to see this continue after this episode!

Hopefully they at least cast Matt Ryan as Constantine in the JL: Dark film. Get it done DC!
